(Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2)
Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 22 June 2021.
Amendment of Part 1 of Appendices of Schedule
2.  Part 1 of the Appendices of the Schedule to the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act is amended —
(a)by deleting sub‑heading A and the item in taxon XI relating to “PASSERIFORMES” under the heading “CLASS AVES (BIRDS)” and substituting the following sub‑headings and items:
