(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act 2011, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 3 April 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013), in the First Schedule —
(a)in Part II, in Division 1, relating to the country “Singapore”, after item 3, insert —
 
“4.Singapore Institute of Technology
5.Singapore Institute of Technology
 
Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy
Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (awarded with any classification of Honours)”;
(b)in Part III, in Division 1, relating to the country “Singapore”, after item 1, insert —

Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Therapy
Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Therapy (awarded with any classification of Honours)”;
(c)in Part IV, in Division 2, relating to the country “Australia”, after item 8, insert —

(d)in Part V, in Division 2, relating to the country “Australia”, after item 3, insert —
