(Amendment of Ninth Schedule)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Income Tax Act 1947, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Income Tax Act 1947 (Amendment of Ninth Schedule) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 11 April 2022.

Amendment of Ninth Schedule

2. In the Ninth Schedule to the Income Tax Act 1947, after item 9, insert —

“10. Small Business Recovery Grant

11. Progressive Wage Credit Scheme”.
