| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Services (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Offences under sections 16 (4) and (7), 17(3) and 33 of the Act may be compounded by the Postal Authority in accordance with section 51(1) of the Act. [G.N. No. S 259/2000] |
