1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemption of Certain Vehicles) (Consolidation) Order. |
Exemption of vehicles within the Singapore General Hospital |
2. A person authorised by the Singapore General Hospital, to drive any of the vehicles bearing the registration numbers set out in the First Schedule within the grounds of the Singapore General Hospital is exempted from section 35 of the Act which prohibits any person from driving any of the vehicles unless he holds a driving licence authorising him to do so. Exemption of vehicles used for scheduled services from the precincts of Changi International Airport to Changi Village |
3. Employees of the Changi International Airport Services (Pte) Limited or the Singapore Airport Terminal Services (Pte) Limited who are authorised to drive any of the vehicles bearing the registration numbers set out in the Second Schedule on scheduled services from the precincts of Changi International Airport to Changi Village via Airport Cargo Road, Nicoll Drive, Telok Paku Road, Upper Changi Road, Lorong Bekukong and Upper Changi Road are exempted from section 101 of the Act. |

4. The vehicles bearing the registration numbers set out in the Second Schedule belonging to the Changi International Airport Services (Pte) Limited or the Singapore Airport Terminal Services (Pte) Limited which are used for scheduled services from the precincts of Changi International Airport to Changi Village via Airport Cargo Road, Nicoll Drive, Telok Paku Road, Upper Changi Road, Lorong Bekukong and Upper Changi Road are exempted from sections 15 and 101 of the Act.
