| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Business Registration (Exemption for Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency) Notification. |

| 2. The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency established under the Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency shall be exempted from complying with all the provisions of the Act. [G.N. No. S 489/2002] |
