| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Exemption — Foreign Employees) Order. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Section 7 of the Act shall not apply to an employer of a foreign employee who is neither a citizen nor permanent resident of Singapore. |
