1. This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Exemption of Registered Pharmacy from Wholesale Dealer’s Licence) Order. |
Exemption — retail pharmacy business |
2. The restrictions or requirements imposed by section 6(3) of the Act (prohibition against manufacture and wholesale dealing of medicinal product) shall not apply to any person carrying on a retail pharmacy business if in the course of that business he supplies medicinal products by way of wholesale dealing as part of his retail business.
