Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Composition of offences
2.  Any of the offences specified in —
(a)Part I of the Schedule may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $500;
(b)Part II of the Schedule may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $200; and
(c)Part III of the Schedule may be compounded for a sum not exceeding $100.
