| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) Notification. |

| 2. Newspapers published by the Building and Construction Authority and the Monetary Authority of Singapore shall be exempted from section 14 of the Act. [G.N. No. S 357/99] |
