Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property Notification.
Non-residential property
2.  Any land zoned in the Master Plan or permitted to be used (other than for temporary use) pursuant to the Planning Act [Cap. 232] or any other written law for any of the purposes set out in the Schedule is declared to be non-residential property for the purposes of the Act.
Definition
3.  For the purposes of this Notification, “land” includes —
(a)any building which is not a subdivided building within the meaning of the Land Titles (Strata) Act [Cap. 158]; and
(b)any flat comprised in a subdivided building within the meaning of the Land Titles (Strata) Act erected on land within any zone and the flat has been approved by the competent authority under the Planning Act for commercial or industrial purposes or for any of the purposes set out in the Schedule.
