| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Compulsory Inspection) Rules. |
| Application of section 91 |
| 2. Section 91 of the Act shall apply to all motor vehicles except motor-cars, motor-cycles and scooters which are less than 3 years old with effect from a date specified in a notice sent by the Registrar to the owner thereof requiring him to present a test certificate for his inspection. |
