Subordinate Courts (Consolidation) Notification

1. This Notification may be cited as the Subordinate Courts (Consolidation) Notification.

2. The President has constituted —

(a)

(i)	the District Courts, the Magistrates Courts, the Juvenile Court and the Coroners’ Courts, Singapore; and [S 231/75 — 15.9.75]
(ii)	the Subordinate Courts Nos. 27 to 32, [S 235/86 — 1.9.86]

and has appointed as Court Houses for the said Courts the Building in No. 1 Havelock Square, Singapore 059724, known as the Subordinate Courts Building;

(b)

the Subordinate Courts Nos. 33 to 40, and has appointed as Court Houses for the said Courts the Subordinate Courts Building at No. 1 Havelock Square, Singapore 059724.

3. The President has appointed —

(a)

(i)	the premises at No. 2 Havelock Road #05-00, Apollo Centre, Singapore 059763; [S 151/94 — 12.4.94]
(ii)	the premises at Block 342, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 #03-1561/A, Singapore 560342; and [S 154/96 — 1.4.96]
(iii)	the premises at Marine Parade District Hall, Block 50, Marine Terrace #03-265, Singapore 440050, [S 418/98 — 10.8.98]

as Court Houses for the Small Claims Tribunals;

(b)

Courts Nos. 4 and 5 in the Supreme Court building as Court Houses for the Magistrates’ Courts;

(c)

(i)	the premises at No. 2 Havelock Road #05-00, Apollo Centre, Singapore 059763; and [S 22/97 — 1.2.97]
(ii)	the premises at No. 2 Havelock Road #06-01/11, Apollo Centre, Singapore 059763, [S 95/97 — 10.3.97]

as Court Houses for the District Courts and the Magistrates’ Courts;

(d)

the premises at Block 100, Portsdown Prison, 21 Portsdown Road, Singapore 139310, as a Court House for the District Courts and the Magistrates’ Courts;

(ii)	Magistrates’ Courts;
(iii)	Juvenile Courts;
(iv)	Coroners’ Courts;
