Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Drugs (Prohibited Drugs) (Consolidation) Regulations.
Offence and penalty
2.—(1)  No person shall sell or import any of the drugs specified in the Schedule.
(2)  Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
