Slaughter-houses (Fees) Rules

Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Slaughter-houses (Fees) Rules.
Fees
2.  There shall be leviable at the office of the Director of Primary Production the following fees:
(a)for a poultry slaughter-house licence
 $800 per annum
(b)for any other slaughter-house licence
 $1,100 per annum
(c)for a licence to slaughter cattle other than at a licensed slaughter-house
 $30 per head
(d)for a licence to slaughter sheep, goats or pigs other than at a licensed slaughter-house
 $15 per head
Additional fee
3.  Owners of pigs, sheep, goats and cattle slaughtered at a slaughter-house shall pay to the licensee of the slaughter-house, who will collect on behalf of the Director of Primary Production, a fee of 50 cents for each animal inspected by officers of the Primary Production Department.
