Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Composition of offences

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 52(1) of the Act:

(a)	any offence under regulation 32 of the Street Works (Works on Public Streets) Regulations (Rg 2) in connection with any contravention or failure to comply with regulation 4, 13, 14, 15(1)(a), (b), (c) or (d), 16, 17(b), 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25 or 31 of those Regulations; and
(b)	any offence under regulation 2(2) or (5) of the Street Works (Obstructions in Public Streets) Regulations (Rg 5). [G.N. Nos. S 342/99; S 272/2000]
