Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment
Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2015 and shall come into operation on 14 January 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 514/2014) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 125, the following item:

“126.

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd”.
