(Commencement) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2019, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2020.
2.  The Supreme Court of Judicature (Amendment) Act 2019, except section 29(2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (9), (13), (14) and (19), comes into operation on 2 January 2021.
