Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Authorised Departing Place) Notification 2019.
Temporary authorised departing place
2.  Changi Sailing Club at 32 Netheravon Road, Singapore 508508, is an authorised departing place —
(a)only for the separate and exclusive immigration clearance of the class of persons leaving Singapore by sea on any vessel participating in the “14th SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge” event; and
(b)only for the period starting at 5 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. on 16 February 2019.
