Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters
(French Republic) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (French Republic) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 April 2023.
Declaration of French Republic as prescribed foreign country
2.  The French Republic is declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part 3 of the Act.
