Public Entertainments (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Entertainments (Amendment) Act 2000, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.

2. The Public Entertainments (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 1st March 2001.
