Boundaries and Survey Maps Act
(Chapter 25)
Boundaries and Survey Maps (Copyright Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(2)(a) of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Copyright Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2009 and shall come into operation on 15th March 2009.
Revocation
2.—(1)  The Boundaries and Survey Maps (Copyright Fees) Rules (R 3) are revoked.
(2)  No refund shall be made in respect of any fee paid under the revoked Boundaries and Survey Maps (Copyright Fees) Rules.
