Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth
Judgments (Revocation) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments Act 1921, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments (Revocation) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 1 March 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the following subsidiary legislation:

(a)	Declaration under Section 5 (Decl 1);
(b)	Reciprocal Enforcement of Commonwealth Judgments (Extension) (Consolidation) Notification (N 1).
