Legal Aid and Advice
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Legal Aid and Advice Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Legal Aid and Advice (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.
Amendment of regulation 15
2.  Regulation 15 of the Legal Aid and Advice Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “High Court” in paragraphs (2)(b)(ii) and (3)(b) and substituting in each case the words “General Division of the High Court”.
