Judges’ Remuneration
(Annual Pensionable Salary)
(Amendment) Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the Judges’ Remuneration Act, Mr Chan Chun Sing, who is charged with the responsibility for the public sector, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Judges’ Remuneration (Annual Pensionable Salary) (Amendment) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 2 January 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Judges’ Remuneration (Annual Pensionable Salary) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following sub‑paragraphs:

“(b)	every Justice of the Court of Appeal an annual pensionable salary of $253,200;
(c)	every Judge of the Appellate Division an annual pensionable salary of $244,200; and
(d)	every Judge of the High Court an annual pensionable salary of $234,600.”.
