Fees (Public Works Department)
(Amendment) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Public Works Department) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Public Works Department) Order (O 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “4.70” in the second column of item (1)(a) of Part III and substituting “4.00”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after Part XI, the following Part:

“Part XII

Sale Of Borelogs

Sale of borelogs per borehole (consisting of sketch plan, borelogs and summary of standard laboratory soil test results, if any)

$38

”.
