Probation of Offenders (Approved Institution) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Probation of Offenders Act, the Minister for Community Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institution) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 15th March 1999.

Approved institution

2. The premises at Bukit Batok Hostel, De Souza Avenue, off Jalan Jurong Kechil, Singapore 599449 are hereby approved as an approved institution for the reception of persons who may be required to reside therein by a probation order made under the Act.

Made this 9th day of March 1999.
