Fees (Public Works Department) (Requisitions) (Revocation) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Public Works Department) (Requisitions) (Revocation) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.

Revocation

2. The Fees (Public Works Department) (Requisitions) Order (O 4) is revoked.

Made this 17th day of March 1998.
