(Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Land Surveyors Act, the Land Surveyors Board, with the approval of the Minister for Law, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Land Surveyors (Investigation Committees) (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 2 January 2021.

Amendment of rule 4

2. Rule 4(5) of the Land Surveyors (Investigation Committees) Rules (R 6) is amended by deleting the words “High Court” and substituting the words “General Division of the High Court”.
