With reference to the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Transfer of Benefit of Property Tax Remission) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 1019/2020), for “the day on” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “crystallisation date” in regulation 2(b) read “the day after the day on”.
