Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 January 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 4 of Part I, the following item:

“5.	United Kingdom-Singapore Free Trade Agreement.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 5 of Part II, the following item:

“6.	United Kingdom-Singapore Free Trade Agreement.”.
