Fees (Private Lotteries) (Amendment) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Private Lotteries) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Private Lotteries) Order (O 39) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$26” in the second column of item (4) and substituting “$30”;
(b)	by deleting “$120” in the second column of item (5) and substituting “$150”;
(c)	by deleting “$25” in the second column of item (6) and substituting “$30”; and
(d)	by deleting “$17” in the second column of item (7) and substituting “$30”.
