(Photography) (Exemption) Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Areas and Protected Places) (Photography) (Exemption) Order 2019.

Exemption

2.—(1) Section 29(1) of the Act does not apply to an employee of AAM Pty Ltd who, on behalf of that company and in accordance with the directions of the Singapore Land Authority, takes a photograph of a protected area or a protected place during the authorised period.

(2) In this paragraph, “authorised period” means the period from 21 February 2019 to 16 December 2019 (both dates inclusive).
