Planning (Exemption under Section 53)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 10 January 2018.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 02578V of MK 16 at 488 Upper Bukit Timah Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Bukit Panjang Methodist Church to the competent authority on 21 November 2017.
