Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “NSRCC Charity Golf 2009” event to be held on 16th May 2009 and 17th May 2009 and the draw on 17th May 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Service Resort & Country Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 17th March 2009.
