COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures)
(Extension of Prescribed Period) (No. 3) Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Extension of Prescribed Period) (No. 3) Order 2020.

Extension of prescribed period for Part 2 of Act

2. The prescribed period as it applies to the following descriptions of scheduled contracts in Part 2 of the Act is extended by a period starting on 1 January 2021 and ending on 31 January 2021:

(a)	an event contract;
(b)	a tourism‑related contract.
