(Exemption) (No. 5)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “NSRCC Charity Golf 2013” event to be held from 1st March 2013 to 18th May 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held on 19th May 2013 between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the premises of the organiser.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions stated in the Schedule.
