Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2)(a) of the Police Force Act, the Commissioner of Police hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(2) of the Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) Notification (N 3) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$3,280” in sub-paragraph (j) and substituting “$3,320”; and
(b)	by deleting “$2,990” in sub-paragraph (k) and substituting “$3,025”. [G.N. Nos. S 24/99; S 429/2000; S 609/2001; S 148/2002; S 242/2003]
