(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  Sections 2(a), 3, 4(b), 6, 7, 8, 13, 14(c), 21, 37, 38, 39, 44, 46, 47, 51, 52 and 53(1) of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 31 March 2017.
