High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
