Education Endowment and Savings Schemes
(Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act, the Minister for Education (Schools) makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 March 2018.
Amendment of regulation 30
2.  Regulation 30(1) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$6,000” in sub‑paragraph (c)(i) and substituting “$6,900”; and
(b)by deleting “$1,500” in sub‑paragraph (c)(ii) and substituting “$1,725”.
