Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Amendment) Regulations 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 26th March 2009.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the country “Rwanda” and the entries relating thereto.
