Nurses and Midwives
(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43A(3) of the Nurses and Midwives Act, the Singapore Nursing Board, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2012.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Nurses and Midwives (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 390/2006) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(b)	any offence under regulation 23(2) or 52(3) of the Nurses and Midwives Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 119/2012).”.
