Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Private Lotteries) (Amendment) Order 2014.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Private Lotteries) Order (O 39) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$5.40” in the second column of item 1 and substituting “$5.50”;
(b)	by deleting the words “40 cents” in the second column of item 2 and substituting the words “30 cents”; and
(c)	by deleting “$3.20” in the second column of item 3 and substituting “$3”.
