| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Exemption) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 23rd March 2004. |
| Definition |
| 2. In this Order, “arts entertainment” has the same meaning as in the Schedule to the Act. |
| Exemption |
| 3. The Minister hereby exempts any arts entertainment organised by The Old Parliament House Limited from the provisions of the Act. |
