Road Traffic (Licence to Operate Taxi Service) (Exemption) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licence to Operate Taxi Service) (Exemption) Order 2003.

Exemption from section 111B of Act

2. The following companies are exempted from section 111B of the Act from 17th March 2003 to 31st May 2003 (both dates inclusive):

(a)	CityCab Pte Ltd;
(b)	Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd;
(c)	TIBS Taxis Pte Ltd; and
(d)	Yellow Top Cab Pte Ltd.

Made this 14th day of March 2003.
