(Amendment) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Prisons (Declaration of Prisons) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 2 March 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Prisons (Declaration of Prisons) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 433/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 1;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following items:

“15A.
