Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Punggol Central Citizens’ Consultative Committee (CCC) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Sengkang CC Active Ageing Mind Games (Mahjong) Challenge 2010” to be held on 28th March 2010.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Punggol Central Citizens’ Consultative Committee (CCC) with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 26th February 2010.
