(Amendment) Rules 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred on us by section 80 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, we, the Rules Committee, hereby make the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Supreme Court (Maintenance Orders) (Amendment) Rules 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.

Amendment of rule 10

2. Rule 10 of the Supreme Court (Maintenance Orders) Rules (R 2) is amended by deleting the words “subordinate courts” and substituting the words “State Courts”.

Amendment of rule 12

3. Rule 12 of the Supreme Court (Maintenance Orders) Rules is amended by deleting the words “subordinate courts” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
