National Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the National Registration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the National Registration Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$25” in item 2 (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “$50”; and
(b)	by deleting “$35” in item 4 and substituting “$60”.
